A UPDATE!!

BOY!!! Its been a long time since I updated the website. These last couple of months johns been sick a lot and its been hard to find time to get on the computer. So where do I start. John had surgery on Feb. 28th to put tubes in his ears and have his adnoids taken out. The first two days went ok but after that he started sounding junkie and running a fever of 101. So by Tuesday we took him to the doctors and he put him in the hospital. The surgery made his asthma really bad and he had to go on oxygen when he was sleeping and had tons of breathing treatments. He got to come home after 5 days in the hospital. He's on steroids and we have to give him 8 breathing treatment(two different kinds) a day. And little john fights it everytime, except when he's a sleep at night. This will go on until the doctor says we can cut it down some. The doctor also said that everytime john has to have surgery this will happen until he gets a lot older. I cant wait until summer so there wont be any colds or getting sick. We all need the break!!!

Little John also got his first pair of glasses yesterday. And he hates them!! He had them scratched up within ten minutes. After a while he started to leave them one for about 15 minutes at a time. So I hope today will be better.

In other John news he has been taking two to three steps YEAH!!! For our little guy!!! I think this summer he will be walking all over the place. I will start updating the website more often. And adding new pictures!! I wanted to say thanks to my sister and Johns sister for all the help they have been giving us!! THANKS GIRLS!! And my parents for watching John and checking on him. And to John Sr.s mommy(trina) for calling everyday to check on her little Johnny.Last but not least my friend Sam who is always there for me to talk to. She knows the things we are going through because her daughter(little johns buddy) as been going through the same things. They where in the nicu together and Sam is a really good friend to me.
